This full body workout is done using only your body weight to get in an awesome muscle building, fat burning workout following the Bodyweight Built proven training methods!
These workout routines were done while holidaying in Croatia and it features Wilda, Alberto and myself, Matt Fox- creator of Bodyweight Built, using HIIT training circuits and calisthenics training on the outdoor gym as well as our morning hill sprints we were doing to kick start the day.
No need for long jogs when you do 15 mins of hard hill sprints! If you’re looking to strip fat and boost your metabolism you need to start incorporating sprints and HIIT circuits into your training routine.
In the interview Wilda speaks about her post pregnancy body transformation and how she dropped 25 kg (55lbs) in 6 months working out solely from home in the living room.
