Week 4 has arrived, and with ONLY 12 weeks to go, it's time to make a few adjustments to coax my progress along. This last week, my body put up a good fight, and I only shed 0.5 a pound, so it's time to fight back. In this week's I talk through the few changes I'm making, from adding intervals to carb cycling. And, I leave you all with an important training tip about taking your sessions and sets to failure.
