This home workout will help you build muscle, torch fat and improve your fitness all in 24 minutes! This is the 2nd video I have done where I will show you how to torch calories and get in a powerful, proven calisthenics home workout in a short amount of time. You can do this workout anywhere. No gym or equipment needed for this Bodyweight Built workout. This video will show you the exact routine I do often to help lose fat and build a ripped, strong, physique.
In this workout I have 2 groups of 4 exercises, I complete as many rounds as possible in 6 minutes of all exercises and reps in Group A. Once the 6 minutes is up, I rest 2 minutes and do the same for exercises and reps in group B. You can then repeat this process 2 to 3 times from the start again.
The exercises are reps are:
Group A:
Burpees x 10 reps
High knees X 40 (20 each leg)
Jumping Lunges X 20 (10 each leg)
Bench/chair dips X 10
Group B:
Explosive step-ups x 20 (10 each leg)
Decline push ups X 12
Jumping Curtsy Squats X 16 (8 each leg)
Pike push ups (elevated) X 10
This workout is designed around the https://www.bodyweightbuilt.com training style, you don’t need a gym or any (fancy) equipment. This style of workout will get you shredded, while really testing your muscular endurance and strength. If you want to build lean muscle and show off your six pack abs, this is one of the best home workouts you can do!
As with all of my workouts from Bodyweight Built, I don’t rely on a gym to get them done. This video, again proves you need no equipment to get in a great muscle building, fat burning workout. No gym is needed making it accessible for everyone.
This will also improve your cardio and overall fitness; calisthenics training and body weight workouts are king for this. This HIIT workout will development and help transform your whole body in minimal time.
