Something we all need from time to time - how to feel energetic and motivated? If you’re just not feeling it, how can you quickly snap out of a bad mood? Here - we give you three ways to do just that...FAST!
Tip #1: Pray. We should never underestimate the power of prayer because prayer never fails. When you take the time to quietly share your thoughts and feelings with God, you might be amazed at how much better you will feel.
Tip #2: Neuro Linguistic Programming Techniques. One of the NLP basics is something called NLP anchoring, which is sort of related to neuroplasticity exercises and positive affirmations for self-confidence, positive affirmations for self-esteem, and positive self-affirmations for depression.
Tip #3: Get in the gym! Use whatever workout encouragement you need to to get yourself in for a training session. We all know that endorphins make you happy, and one of the easiest answers to the question ‘how to increase endorphins’ is to simply exercise.
